Why Medtek?



A. Company Salary Loan Program

1.    All regular employees with no administrative cases and / or credit issues may avail of this benefit.

2.    A salary loan is due and demandable upon separation.

3.    A limit of one (1) Basic Monthly Salary may be availed.

4.    The term of payment for this benefit will be a maximum of one (1) year without interest.


i. Eligible purpose for the availment of this benefit are as follows:

a.    House renovation

b.    Appliance

c.    Car repair / maintenance

d.    Wedding, Birthday celebrations

e.    Hospitalization


In the event that the loan is fully paid, the same employee can re-apply for another loan, which is equivalent to the amount that the employee has paid.



B. Educational Loan Program

1.    All regular employees with no administrative cases and / or credit issues may avail of this benefit.

2.    An Educational loan is due and demandable upon separation.

3.    A limit of one (1) Basic Monthly Salary may be availed.

4.    The term of payment for this benefit will be a maximum of one (1) year without interest.

5.    A maximum of three (3) children or siblings can be enrolled.

6.    Eligible purpose for the availment of this benefit are as follows:


i. Primary:

a.   Legitimate or Illegitimate child / children

b.   Illegitimate, meaning, child / children recognized in his / her respective birth certificate / s.

c.   For personal enrollment.


ii. Secondary:

a.    Enrollment of Brother/s and/or Sister/s

In the event that a Salary Loan has been applied, one can still avail of this loan since this loan is considered as another loan.



C. Employee Purchase

Regular employees are entitled to purchase discounted items to be deducted from their salary in installment basis without interest.  The limit of employees’ purchase is thirty percent (30%) off the regular price per product and all subject to prior approval by the President.



D. Uniforms

All regular employees are entitled to free uniforms.


In keeping with enhancing our corporate image, effective immediately, everyone is required to wear their uniform, whether in the office or in field, especially for sales employees.



E. Incentives / Service and Excellence Awards

i.    Incentives

All employees who have rendered a perfect attendance within a month (no late, no absences, no under time) shall be awarded with a Perfect Attendance Certificate from the management and will be a considered in his/her Performance Evaluation.


a. Health Care

We provied preventive and curative health care services as well as hospitalization benefits to all regular employees

b. Foreign Travels

We award incentive trips abroad to the performers of the year

c. Leaves

We grant fifteen (15) days conversion of sick leave compared to the five (5) days conversion mandated by law

d. Rice Subsidy

We give out one (1) sack of rice per regular employee on a semi-annual basis

e. Mobilization

We mobilize all our managers and sales personnel to ensure efficiency with their services to our clients

f. Other

We provide mobile phones and laptops to our sales personnel to have an open line communication with our clients' inquiries and challenges


ii.    Service Awards

a.    An employee is eligible for this benefit if he has rendered 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 years of service and normal retirees.

b.    Awardees of the current year are those with anniversary dates between September 1 of the previous year and August 31 of the current year.

c.    Employees must be in active service at the time of awarding in order to be entitled to this award.


iii.    Excellence Awards

a. Excellence awards would be given to employees who would pass the criteria for outstanding performance in the following areas:

-    Golden Eagle of the Year

-    Sales Performers of the Year

-    and other MEDTEK awards

b.  Cash plus recognition will be given to awardees.



F. Training and Development

In line with the objective of the company to promote employee’s welfare, training and development is one of the investments of the management by providing periodic training. Every employee has a Developmental Training program in order to enhance his skills whether in Marketing & Business Management, Finance Management, Personality development, etc., or simply enhancing communication skills.
